Common questions
How does front-desk delivery work?
Korean hotels handle packages every day. Your order arrives labeled with your name and room number, and the front desk holds it for you. We include a short note in Korean for the courier and staff β you just pick it up.
When will my order arrive?
Standard delivery arrives by the next morning (usually before 7 AM) β order tonight, pick it up at breakfast. Express delivery (+β©7,000) arrives in about 1β2 hours in central Seoul.
How do I pay?
After you submit the order form, we email you a PayPal payment link within 30 minutes (daytime KST). No Korean card, Korean app, or Korean phone number needed.
What if my hotel refuses the package?
This is very rare β but if delivery fails for any reason on our side, you get a full refund. We confirm your hotel accepts packages before we place the order.
Can I order something specific from Coupang?
Yes β use the custom order option and paste any Coupang link. We buy it for you: 12% service fee, β©8,000 minimum. No alcohol, medicine, or fresh/frozen food for now.
Which areas do you cover?
Hotels in Seoul to start. Busan and other cities are coming β leave your city in the notes and we'll tell you if we can make it work.
