How does front-desk delivery work?
We confirm your hotel accepts packages before placing the order. Your package is labeled with your guest name and room number if known, for collection at the front desk or designated package area.
When will my order arrive?
We confirm the delivery date and time with your quote before payment. Standard delivery is normally next day after confirmation. Express delivery (+β©7,000) in central Seoul is subject to availability.
How do I pay?
We confirm availability, total price and delivery time by email with a PayPal payment link. We typically respond within 30 minutes during 9:00β22:00 KST; overnight requests are processed from 9:00 AM KST. No Korean card, Korean app, or Korean phone number needed.
What if my hotel refuses the package?
We confirm your hotel accepts packages before placing the order. If delivery fails for a reason on our side, you receive a full refund under our refund policy.
Can I order something specific from Coupang?
Yes β use the custom order option and paste any Coupang link. We buy it for you: 12% service fee, β©8,000 minimum. No alcohol, medicine, or fresh/frozen food for now. Note: Korean retailers have minimum order amounts (around β©15,000β20,000), so for very small orders we may suggest adding an item or two β we'll confirm everything by email before you pay.
