1. What this service is

Korea Hotel Delivery is a personal shopping (구매대행) service operated by KIRIN Company Inc. (주식회사 기린컴퍼니), Seoul, South Korea. We purchase items you request from Korean retailers (such as Coupang) on your behalf, and arrange delivery to your accommodation's front desk. We do not hold inventory and are not affiliated with Coupang or any retailer.

2. Ordering & payment

• Submitting the order form is a request, not a purchase. Nothing is charged on this site.
• We confirm availability and total price by email, with a PayPal payment link. Your order is placed only after payment is received.
• Prices shown on this site are approximate; the emailed total is final and includes our service fee.

3. Response & delivery times

• Order requests received 9:00–22:00 KST are typically answered within 30 minutes.
• Requests received overnight are processed from 9:00 AM KST the next morning.
• Standard delivery arrives by the next morning in most of Seoul; express (where offered) in about 1–2 hours in central Seoul. Delivery windows are estimates and may shift on Korean public holidays.

4. Cancellations & refunds

• Before we place your order with the retailer: full refund, any reason.
• After we place your order: the purchase is committed and cannot be cancelled. Where the retailer accepts returns for an item, we will process the return and refund the item price (service fee excluded).
• Failed delivery caused by us (e.g., the package never reaches your accommodation): 100% refund.
• Damaged or wrong items: contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo — we will replace the item or refund it.

5. Delivery completion

Delivery to your accommodation's front desk or designated package area counts as completed delivery. We keep the courier's delivery confirmation (including photos where provided) for every order. Please collect packages promptly; we are not responsible for items after front-desk receipt.

6. Restrictions

• No alcohol, tobacco, medicine, or fresh/frozen goods (chilled items only where explicitly offered).
• Korean retailers apply minimum order amounts (roughly ₩15,000–20,000); we may suggest additions for small orders.
• We may decline any order at our discretion (with full refund of anything paid).

7. Privacy

• We collect only what fulfilment requires: your name, email, accommodation name, and delivery date.
• This information is shared only with the retailer/courier as needed to deliver, never sold, and deleted within 90 days of your delivery date.
• Order notifications are processed through our internal systems (Slack, PayPal) solely to fulfil your order.
